Live Earth was a worldwide music event in 2007 which featured simultaneous concerts in multiple cities across the globe. Hundreds of artists performed to raise awareness on the issues global warming. We chipped in and did our part for planet Earth by developing a logo treatment and commercial animation. And we did it in the color green. You can't really get more environmentally responsible than that!
The logo treatment and commercial animation we developed was built on the idea that the music can create millions of "seeds of change" that permeate our urban landscape and sprout greenery throughout it.

STORYBOARDS
The pitch boards for the animation heavily featured a drunken Octopus who represented all the evils of the world. The poor bastard had to go off the sauce for the final spot as our clients were concerned that a wasted octopus and 40s might send the wrong message about the environment. We say 'hey, when you're done drinking the 40 you can totally recycle it.'
